Food at The Rising Tide Brasserie is modern Irish specialising in seafood, incorporating traditional and new wave fusion fare. Our Head Chef, Patricia O' Mahony, is committed to only using irish local produce. All food is sourced locally and the restaurant has received the Hospitality Ireland Winner of Best Pub with Food 2009, Georgina Campbell recommendation, Lucinda O' Sullivan "Great Places to Eat" & BIM recommendation.

Both our service and kitchen team are dedicated to creating a unique dining experience for every guest that visits, by providing exquisite food, fine wine and a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

The Rising Tide is a family business and truly incorporates & welcomes this atmosphere. It is a wonderful restaurant to enjoy a family event & we do welcome children. There is a magical playground located in the village which is always an attraction for children of all ages.

Food is served 7 days per week from 12.30pm - 9.30pm
Lunch is served from 12.30pm to 4.30pm daily
Evening menu is served from 4.30pm - 9.30pm daily
Early Bird Menu is served daily from 5pm-7.30pm
